1) I wish to know what is the max Enhancement Bonus of the items I can find into original campaign of neverwinter. is +3 items the max?
2) Also, If I take monkey grip, can it be valuable when using a double-armed warrior? (I would for example use two double-handed scythe)

+5 enhancement (though only once you've hit about level 15 (no level penalty)). See the Thievesguild.net for info. on enchanting.
Yes, Monkey Grip can enable you to hold a 2-handed weapon in one hand while holding another weapon in your off-hand. It's a REALLY bad idea however, because you attack numbers go into the toilet. (..it also has some other negatives for certain feats.)
