Hey, where I come from, jugs are a most sought after and prized commodity, valued above most anything else feasable....it was strictly a compliment

I'm glad to hear it, and would most definitely agree: the consistency, shape, and texture of a jug are matters well understood and deeply appreciated by connoisseurs of the arts. I think we might want to constitute a Brotherhood of the Two Jugs in my restaurant, for occasional meetings and appropriate libations.
