Brave Heart - One of my all-time favorite movies

The Patriot - Even though I'm Canadian (We kicked the states asses shortly after they gained independence) I loved the movie


For all those Russel Crowe/Gladiator fans. A Gladiator Prequel has been planned. It s about Maximus back in his days as a Roman General, during his conquest of Germania. It should be good.

P.S. Reality shows really do suck. Except ones with gratuitus T&A. I like those!

P.S.S For those Alien/Predator movie fans, a movie is in the planning at Fox entertainment for a movie based on the popular game Alien Vs. Predator. It should be quite exciting it if it flies.

P.S.S.S Terminator 3&4 have been planend, and the 3rd is in production as we speak.

I loved Braveheart, and The Patriot has quite a few similarities, although the script was more corny... but it didn't deserve the major panning it got over here, for the portrayal of the English... I mean, our actors play the bad guys so well...

Unconvinced that a Gladiator prequel is a good idea. It stinks of cashing in on the success of the original, and that's not usually a good plan... Alien vs. Predator movie sounds a far worse idea though, at least if you like your movies to have a plot... BTW did you know the movie rights to Duke Nukem have been bought?! And John Woo is planning to direct a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie...

I have heard various things about T3, but not 4, do you know anything more about the plans?

Well, yes in fact. Fox has a team of five writers (Two of which worked on "The Net" ) working on T3 right now. Production is starting next spring (Or should at least). T4 is supposed to come out 03/04. They said they would be using the same writers. Both movies will be based in the future, during the robot wars (sweet). I'm not sure yet if they will be useing Arnold again, as he his getting rather old.

Alien Vs. Predator will actually have a plot (Gasp!). From what I have learned, The Predator will be hunting the voracious Xenomorph species on, none other, LV426, 10 years after the incident of Hadleys Hope. The planet has become a military installation. Weyland Yutani, The company, set it up, hoping the alien hive ship was not destroyed, go figure it wasn't. Anyway, It follows the game a bit, in terms of locale. A team of marines is gaurding the complex, when an Alien break out happens, infesting most of them. During all this, the predator is hunting, and the marines get caught in the middle. Anyway, this movie, if produced, is generally for money making, but will draw in many fans of the series.


In other news, a Predator 3, and Aliens 5 are on the drawing boards. Not much is known of Predator 3, but Alien 5 is titled "Alien: Retribution". It takes place supposidly on the Alien homeworld, when a large army of Humans land, trying to wipe the threat out once and for all. Sigourny Weaver will not be taking a full lead in this one, as she has had enough. But, their is talk of a returning Lance Henrikson (The Bishop Android) in this, the same with the actor who played Hicks (As an older model Android) It should be rather interesting.
