What I saw was an accident. The guy was explaining how to castrate a bull and the rubber band thingy they use for cutting off circulation slipped.

I'd never heard a guy's voice go that high before. He got in trouble for using that method of demonstrating/explaining how to castrate a bull to a group of girls, but they decided his self-castration was punishment enough.
