A modest reward is in order...
Well Kayless, in gratitude of such an offering, I have a proposal for you.
How would you feel about some 3.5 Edition stats done for the DCI character. These will be as simplified as possible, but give enough detail to show their actual use as characters in a D&D/Forgotten Realms game, be it electronic or board game.
Sure, DCI isn't meant to be taken seriously when it comes to the accuracy to Dungeons & Dragons rules and such, but you still ought to follow them to a point, correct? Why not let readers who (at least) basically understand the rules be able to follow the characters when it comes to mechanics?
Me, I love creating artificial lives and personalities. I may not always find the time or the patience to work these past the creation stage, though. Besides, I've always loved games such as 'Baldur's Gate' and 'The Temple of Elemental Evil' more than the aspect of board games. So I've made my own creations to see what other people would think of them. I have my Flashcard filled with character files from Baldur's Gate that I've never really tried past the intro! The advent of creation for pleasing the masses is what inspires the most. No, I'm not an artist, but a craftsman of uncommon, nonmaterial concepts.
And so, Kayless, I offer a process that may bring some more understanding of each of the characters to your viewers.

Just want to know what you are really up to.
Brown and Blue? What's the difference?
Catch you later, Fas. Work calls. Got to skedaddle.

There are two different polling organization. I think one is Webcomic and the other Buxxcomics. DCI and Kayless have a better chance on Webcomics. So we should vote there all the time and Buxxcomics as well. But concentrate on Webcomic.
Edit: See ya man. Yeah i should get back to work myself.

Sure, feel free.
I'm not familiar with D&D 3.5, though I did do a 3E write up of some of the characters a while back on the DCI board. Updated stats would be nice.
[QUOTE=Stilgar]This makes me want to get my old Lepus avatar back.
But somehow i'm the only member who cant get an avatar.
Since the change to the new forum i cant upload or link to a new avatar

Hmmm, I wonder what the problem is.
Though that does remind me that I need to come up with a new updated Lepus sometime in the not-too-distant future.

Okay.
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Well, I tried searching your board... and came up with nothing at all.
I searched like mad for anything, I tell you! I swear your board's search engine doesn't like me, or something like that.
Edit: Oh, and my mother rather liked the Cathy comics.

Oh it's long gone by now. There was a big purge on TWC's message board and a lot of older material got the axe, including the thread with the D&D stats.

I presumed as much.

So, where would be the best place to put these character stats? This thread, or the DCI thread in the comics forum?
The characters I'm looking to cover the most are:
- Durnkrag. His multi-classing (Paladin and Fighter) makes me curious. Fortunately, Paladins of Moradin are allowed to do that according to the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (as you and I both seem to realize).
- Ganelon. A sorcerer who taps into the Shadow Weave definitely needs some recognition.
- Remus. He's a werewolf. 'Nuff said.
- Durngrim the Daring. Need I say more?
- Teagan. I'd be intrigued as to which Cleric Domains she'd have under Lloth.
- The lich from your recent comics. A lich is a terrible thing to waste.
All the others in the Shadow pack and the Dungeon Crawl crew will be accounted for, but these are the ones that I wish to focus on to start. If you could just give me some pointers here and there (mainly concerning levels and magic gear/spells), I'd appreciate it.

Especially a lich with a mild case of corporate paranoia. But I suppose he's got some history to back it up. Really: franchising is the answer.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

[QUOTE=Vicsun]Re: your sig
The comic isn't actually called 'dungeon crawling'

...Kayless' avatar of Castor actually works?

It would be nice to see how my character would look like when drawn. When I had a cameo appearance, Kayless was still using sprites.
If he did, I'd probably use the drawn version as my new avatar.
Voted again in another PC.

Dude, if there were 100 of me, the comic would be in at number one already.
And yes, I already voted for the day. It's at #13, again.
