If this is going to degenerate into a "who's god is bigger than the other god" or "COMM vs SPAM" BS thing I'm just going to go slum elsewhere.

Really, back in the day, we gods didn't fight, and people (who definitely did) had better reasons to do so than religion. New sects were welcomed in most cultures, always excepting those that were generally unpleasant, or monotheistic--which equated pretty much to unpleasant.
