In the same position. I'm not a Greater Daemon or anything - just a lesser Fiend who whips others back to their monotonously ironic punishments (often paced to tortuous up-tempo singing). 
Thanx grunt. Get a copy of Dogbert's TOP SECRET management guide. It may not actually cross any new ground for you but might remind you of some of the nicer nuances which you had forgotten. Always remember the best punishments are the ones which the staff(ah) victims think they most deserve (or fear). Just happy thought for the day #2. -
