I try. :D For the good of SYMians everywhere, I must wear the face of a parrot. Image
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Is wearing the face of a parrot a tough task?

@Kayless, do you, by chance remeber about what page in the Mutants unite thread the spam ends and the DCI discussion begins? Some of these threads tend to be a little...intimidating...

Its too bad you can only see that there's over 4 pages from the forum screen. They should warn you that you'll have to wade through 40 pages of ______(insert fitting word here) just to follow the thread. Sheesh!

You have no idea. :( But it is a burden I must bear. The Santa hats must proliferate! Image

Well there's interment DCI conversation all the way through, but it doesn't go hardcore DCI until about halfway through page 5 or so (and even then there’s plenty of spam in there). When you have the time, it’s worth reading the whole thing. :D

Since this is a quasi-avatar-related thread, I though I might ask some avatar questions here. I hate to start a new thread needlessly, and provide a home for yet more SPAM.
Here goes:
If my avatar is from my hard disk, will it still show when I'm offline, and disconnected from my dial-up "service?" (I use that last term loosely)

Yep....I don't know how it technically works but I'm 95% sure that it does.

Whenver you feel the need to I guess...I've changed mine twice in about seven months, but Ty's changed 4-5 times in pretty much the same amount of time.

I read through some of this thread, or at least until the SPAM made it too hard to follow. Personally, I like the cow.
Did I say cow? I meant dancing frog! Of course!

As often as one would like.

Some people never change their avatar (Bloodstalker for example), and some change them on a daily basis, like Kayless.

People like Aqua Chan and I, usually change it whenever we feel like it. There is no time frame, that I know of for us.

Ive been through a few avatars...Lets see how many I can find:

My first-Silver knight:Image
My second-Samurai -Picture lost
My third- Parrot: Image
My fourth- animated Knuckles: Image
My fifth- Raccoon: Image
My sixth-Dark knight :Image
My seventh-back to parrot
My eighth-kestrel: Image
My ninth: Back to parrot
