A compression session is a hideous waste of money involving a lot of "exotic plant matter" burning in an enclosed space. It's best with a group of mates, particularly in panel vans or kombis. Every time you breathe in it's like toking up, and since breathing is automatic it doesn't matter how trashed you get. Walking does get tricky after an hour or so and it's hideously expensive but boy does it get you toasted.

@Beldin-No worries. When you live in a renovated train carriage you learn about these things. Bear in mind that the space should be pretty small for best results. I'll post a picture of my own black ceramic water pipe some time soon.
