That was not sucking up, that was just polite friendliness. Except maybe for the pictures where I had that minimal sleeveless darkred velvet dress with decorative holes in...but that was just to ask his advice whether I should wear it at a party next week.

It is not a joke, she is going to Australia. And yes, she is going to meet Ode, why, I cannot say (why would anyone?). I do however think it has something to do with her studying of magic...Ode could be a necessary ingredient in some magic potion.
