So Evil means your behaviour is evil, and good means your behaviour is good, but neutral doesnt mean your behaviour is neutral but that its both good and evil? That is not the description of it on the explanation of neutral itself, nor do I think its the explanation on lawful or true neutral.Originally posted by Bloodstalker
I don't think so. I think of it as Neutral meaning not leaning one way or the other, and chaotic as not having order.

Not both, niether good or evil. in the middle. As such, your actions could be evil or good, depending upon circumstances and the views of those who see those action.

True, but neutral as I see it is in the middle of a range between good and evil. Any action you make, will be interpreted by those who observe your action. Your actions would have to be viewed by someone elses perceptions as good or evil. You yourself aren't really doing good or evil as you would define it.You may do something one day that someone considers evil, and the next pull an opposite. You see good and evil, but balance in between.

Dottisweet, whereas I appreciate that you exercise your brain cell by trying to analyze things, I do think that the incredibly stupid and limited alignment system in AD&D is not a meaningful target for such intellectual activites.Originally posted by Dottie

And this is not true for the other alignments as well? The Evil persons really go around claiming to be evil?Originally posted by Bloodstalker
