Nose bleeding sometimes caused by certain excitement feeling which probably hormonal - sometimes also related to stress. Only several people have this probs. My kid bro will nose bleed if he's under big stress

Well it's all depends on the "mood"

i never encounter people with nose bleed problems upon on sensual things - but some mostly nose bleed on a certain stress level. Which probably those anime drafter use it to "soften" the Drool thingy
