The problem with a tracking device is that I'd have to get close to plant it on her.

As since my usual rule of thumb is to believe that it (whatever it may be ) is always expressly the faukt of the one who first shifts blame to someone else, I must believe that Georgi is innocent, though I do hold that she is undoubtably more than capable.
