4pm here (Brisbane Aust).

DW: How's where you are?

Interesting sight yesterday, the Army's Blackhawks here doing exercises in the CBD for the upcoming CHOGM meeting being held here later this year, The army was flying between buildings doing extractions etc.
They go faster than I would have thought.

Anything interesting happen where you are?

I'm in Canada (West Coast). Nothing too exciting here. No military manoeuvres, pretty quiet all round.......

@DW: I've heard Canada is very much like Aust? Any truth to the rumor (IYO).

Well I don't really know very much about Australia so that's a bit difficult to answer. I guess that the two countries have somewhat similar histories and forms of government. Canada also tends to be a fairly quiet sort of place....
Somebody from NZ once told me that Canada was like NZ and that the U.S was like Australia.........Again, it's quite difficult for me to comment. I've spent a lot of time in Europe, I've recently visited Central America, and I've spent a year in Japan with a brief visit to Hong Kong. But I've never made it over to your end of the Pacific, still on my list of places to go. :)

That job sounds somewhat menial, but is it truly that bad, you get a chance to spam on GB surely this helps :)

What, you people haven't seen Scream? "There are certain rules that one must abide by in order to successfully survive a horror movie! For instance, Number One: You can never have sex. (crowd moans and cheers) Sex equals death, OK? Number Two: You can never drink or do drugs. (crowd moans and cheers again) No, it's the sin factor, it's a sin, it's an extension of Number One! And Number Three: Never, ever, ever, under any circumstances, say 'I'll be right back', 'cause you won't be back."

:D

Good afternoon everyone :)
