If you are truly evil you should put all those other comics at a lower place than they should be, by increasing DCI's rank

Bringing DCI down would result in a lot of other sites going up. For every rank you bring DCI down a web site will go up. So if you push DCI 10 ranks down you will push 10 web-sites up.
