I'm fairly sure I know the shop of the second ad. They do not only sell secondhand clothes, they also do sewing jobs and we had our drivers' uniforms made there.

That's right! And now that we've done it (BTW, thanks rifle-droppers), we've decided that no one else gets to do it unless they have oil and will sell it cheaper than their sovereign.
