if its the first door, u dont need to lockpick it, just open it. its really strange it wont work. get patch

Hmm, I hardly think the problem is with that door. I mean, I won't give you a savegame 'cause I guess if you have a problem with that door, you should also have the same problem with some other doors, which shall make the game unplayable.

Also, it's a weird bug (don't know how to call it, so let's say bug...), but I guess the problem is due to your MAC computer......... I don't know! I've never faced a problem like that before... and I've never known a person that played FO's in a machintosh. So maybe there's something on it.

anyway here goes my last shot:

I guess your problem is with your mouse. You see, when a character wants to open a door, you HAVE to right click on it, then a special cursor will show up with a 'button' of a hand on it. Pressing it will open the door. The matter is that you DON'T have a right button, so I don't know how you're supposed to open a door. Got whatta I mean? Dunno how to solve this one...
