When to do Watcher's Keep?

I usually wait until ToB to do Watcher's Keep just so that Sarevok can take advantage of the XP. He usually starts the game at a somewhat lower level than the rest of my party. I generally go their right after leaving Saradush, but before starting the Yaga Shura quest.
