Ah, I see. Well the point is moot, since Ode isn't even here to do the looking.... :D

I see. I dare not fill in for Georgi. The ramifications could be dangerous. She has hugged and clubbed me a few times within minutes of both actions. I fear the penalty of "impersonating a georgi."

I have no idea what the hell is going on here; however, I have no problem being volunteered for something that may make an ass out of me. I really don't embarass so no act is too shameful.
Having read the posts previous to this I must say this one in particular is quite worrying... :D

Thank you all for your concern  :p , but the reason I haven't been around much this week is because I've managed to catch some sort of flu, and so have been sleeping lots and trying to avoid aggravating the headache it's given me. :(
Also, given that Beldin and Eerhardt aren't here this week, there aren't really many people on at the same times as I am.

Ideally any applicants for the role formerly filled by Georgi should be female, if you please, though I was planning on enjoying a period of SYMian bachelorhood for a while... ;)

DW, you heartless wench, leave poor Odie alone! He should be pining! :D :p

Just thought I'd pop in and say hello while I'm emailing my parents to tell them my flight didn't crash, etc... :D I got to Oz in one piece, as you can tell... still waiting for my rucksack though. It should be here this evening - very fortunately, since one can only carry so much clean underwear in one's hand luggage... ;)

Anyway, aside from that, my first impressions are pretty good. It's a balmy 20+ celcius here today, I'm sure - I really don't think it deserves to be called winter. :D Perth has the facilities of a city, but has a more suburban atmosphere - definitely my kind of place. My hostel's decent, and full of sociable people, so I'm going out with some of them later tonight.

And no, I haven't met Ode or Tammy yet... :p It's only a matter of time though... :D

Well I'm glad you like Perth. I was going to call you on that obscenely long phone number to leave a message, but something came up

And like I said, it was colder a week ago :p

Wait until you've been here a bit longer and have read a few of the letters to the editor in the paper, you'll see Perth isn't much of a city.
It does have a lot of street theatre etc though, which is nice.

And this week has had quite nice weather, it hasn't been real winter weather at all.

Congrats on 10K, BTW. *hug*

Nice to hear you enjoy Perth, it sounds like a nice place. :)

Many congrats to 10K, it was really really stylish that you posted the 10K one from Oz :D
