Perhaps Foul and Ubik should play the role of bert of Ernieposted by grunt
He does not like women? How about young boys? He and Ubik might get on well together
btw grunt's quote comes from here
Crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women.

Re: Got a point there. Goddess-san...
I always loved Bert's extreme boringness--
Bert's favorite TV show: World of Pigeons
Bert's favorite book: Cooking with Oatmeal

...in fact I was thinking of the same thing. Weasel makes a good Ernie with the way he laughs and makes fun of Bert. Bert is Waverly-like when he gets grumpy...
... but I have trouble imagining Waverly so engrossed with pigeons and well, "doing the croo-croo pigeon dance!"![]()

Grunt,
If you must know...here's the bit.
I was exploring this muppet thing doing a muppet search at google. Came up with a link to muppetworld.com. hoping to find a comprehensive list of muppets. I didn't find that but what I did find is the image of kermit Waverly used when he posted that .gif recently of kermit porking a rabbit while slapping it on the ass. I found the gif of kermit in slapping action (without the rabbit of course, it's a kids site, although that hasn't stopped many before) at the muppetworld site and wanted to post a link in Waverly's thread to the image of kermit he used in his 'adaptation'. Pretty trivial I know.
So while looking for Waverly's 'kermit in action' thread I found another Waverly thread which I posted a link to a few posts above. That is the longwinded version of a relativley few simple clicks of the mouse. Hope this explains.

Ned,
That is the most gratuitous use of the word 'muppet' I have *ever* seen.
Full marks for slipping 'porking' in too.

anyone seen Labyrinth? That old guy with a chicken coming out the top of his head reminds me of the Fable/Aegis mod combo
oooh...I love that movie. Whenever I switch my PC on it goes: 'You have 13 hours in which to complete the labyrinth before your baby brother becomes one of us....forever!' always gets me going anyway.
ha ha ha...yeah, Maharlika is a bit like the worm at the beggining...'did you say hello?'
'No. I said 'allo, but it's close enough...'
actually I can't imagine a Holy Warrior from the **** van Dyck school of ****ney accents, but ther feeling is there......

You also tend to be more extrovertly patriotic, @Grunt, than the rest of us.Originally posted by Gruntboy

Rizzo the Rat = Weasel. Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha...! Good catch.
Just as a side note, one year when the usually depressing major tv awards (what are those, again? I mean, I haven't watched the box aside from an odd movie in 14 years, so give me a break) were being handed out with unsuual wit and style by the Muppets, a small jazz group of tremendous class performed. It included Al Cohn, who was the original for the Muppet character Zoot. (Actually, Zoot was a compilation of Al Cohn's physical appearance, and his good pal Zoot Sim's name. Both played fantastic tenor sax.) Towards the end of a six minute set, they somehow managed to segue right into the Muppet Show song, and finished it off with the usual flat note and Cohn looking down into his horn in puzzlement. I'd like to think that the closeup of Jim Henson nearly dying in his seat from laughter was not planned with his knowledge.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
