So, is this mean that fighters are clumsy and their only -or the best- role is to become a tank? I mean, isn't there a way to become an agile (jumping, dodging, and swift sword using) "warrior"? Like (again) Prince of Persia Warrior Within or Prince Nuada Silverspear (Hellboy 2).Tricky wrote:
Also, look at this. Fighters get a high Fortitude save progression while they level, while Rogues get high Reflex saves. This doesn't affect combat directly, but helps immensely when trying to dodge certain spells and all traps. They cause special damage.
They also get different hit die as they grow.

You can always take both a number of rogue levels, just to get access to the right feats, and then take fighter levels.
Well maybe the Swashbuckler base-class is what you are really looking for. It was included in Storm of Zehir and basically represents an oldschool BG2 agile fighter rogue kit.

Yes, she has got same hit die, base attack bonus and saving throws with fighter, and as agile as rogue with plainer skills. I should install Storm of Zehir and take a look to swashbuckler class. ThanksTricky wrote:
