Could the coffee be part of the plot to transform us into dolphin hating cyborg zombies??
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

You mean Loki's told you his latest?
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Lets not transform talk of mechanical human brains intent on world domination be sidetracked by plots involving zombies. Besides, its not a very appetizing thought to say the least.

Which part isn't appetizing to you? The mechanical human brains intent on world domination part, or the zombies intent on world domination part?

I thought it'd be obvious. The brains of course. The only appetizing brains are organically grown. ;)

What about zombies sporting mechanical brains? Too outre for you? I mean, you'd get the best of both worlds: decomposing, vicious bodies, and sociopathic minds. Hard to beat, really.

Fair enough point. I'll remember to bring that up during the next board meeting. Though if the mechanical brains ever become a reality, putting them in living humans would probably end up with the same result. Oh, well more zombies for my hordes. The non-rotting flesh might be a slight hindrance, but nothing insurmountable.

Acid Baths could make the look of rotting flesh.

Hell, the air in Mexico City can easily duplicate that. We could set up a production unit, there.

Interestingly, however, the specific risk that robots will rebel and enslave us doesn’t seem to be under consideration.
Of course they wont consider it. Things only matter once they have actually happened. Then we moan and gripe about it, whilst being able to do nothing to rectify the situation. Its always easier to moan and gripe, not to mention more fun too ;)

i dont remember them exactly, but the basic idea is:

1.a robot can never harm a human being

2.a robot must always protect itself, unless doing so breaks the first law

3.a robot must follow any order given by a human, unless doing so breaks either of the first 2 laws.
She's got a smile that, it seems to me, reminds me of childhood memories, where everything is as fresh as the bright blue sky.
