The lights only flickered, they did not go out completely. Sleep, our guys vices will not help with the answer.

Ill try and clarify what i ment was were the lights part of a siren system
Also does the letter say something like:
The power is low tell the planes to circle?(or other important things I.E stop the surgery)

A sailor and his crew has been abandoned on an island he is now back on the main land and walks into a resturant, he sits down and orders Albtrose(sp) soup(he had some on the island), takes one sip and screams, why?

Sorry I was having a microsoft update experience ..

The man had a pardon for a death row inmate. When the lights flickered it signified he was electrocuted. I thought I remembered that.
