No, it's still spicy. I made it with crushed chilis. But the salt and garlic are almost non-existent now. I have no idea why. Yesterday it was great.

That is odd. I never had a dish lose salt on me. Sometimes the opposite on the second day, because the sauce is reduced.

Im good now.

I was just thinking about what it would be like not to have enough to eat, likein third world countries. I just can't fathom not being able to eat wwhat you want.

And then I look at all the waste I create. It makes me sad.

And then other times I think "it's not my fault I'm fortunate.
