Maybe its too early to ask this, as all the NWN guru's are still playing the game and havn't had time to test all the little details yet.

1. Is there still a cap for how far ability scores can be raised (+X over your natural score)?
2. Is there a cap for how far skills can be raised over the points you've put in them?
3. Is there a cap for AC being raised?
4. What kinds of AC stack (natural, dodge, armor, deflection, bard song, anything I missed)?
5. Do critical range extensions stack (feat, keen, weapon master ability)?
6. What kinds of dammage are x1.5 for two handed weapons (strength, elemental dammage, spells, backstab, criticals)?
7. Do speed bonuses stack (monk, barbarian, druids in the forest, haste)?
8. Do any bounus attacks stack (flurry of blows, haste, dual weapons)?
9. Does damage resistance stack case 1 (barbarian, dwarf defender, feats * all resistance same type X/- *)?
10. Does damage resistance stack case 2 (barbarian, monk, spell * 10/magic, 1/-, 20/adamantine * given the weapon in question is stopped by multiple types of resistance)?
11. Does regeneration stack (bard song, item)?
12. Is there a DnD website that I can answer another dozen questions myself?

Yes, your level +3. Meaning, if you're 4th level, you cannot put more than 7 in them. As for as a maximum cap, well if the max level is 20, then the max skill cap is 23, same goes for if it's 40.2. Is there a cap for how far skills can be raised over the points you've put in them?
Same with Ability scores, if so, not something you can reach without cheating. NWN 1 had this as well, you could not get your score so high that it either glitched or just stopped going up without cheating.3. Is there a cap for AC being raised?

Dunno about the druids, but fast movement and haste does indeed stack. Fast movement is a natural training and haste is a magical enhancement.7. Do speed bonuses stack (monk, barbarian, druids in the forest, haste)?
Mostly, yes. Flurry of blows does not stack with Two Weapon fighting however, but everything else does as normal. High base attack, dual weapons, and haste will give you a buttload of attacks.8. Do any bounus attacks stack (flurry of blows, haste, dual weapons)?
Only the same type. DR 5 and DR 5 if both the same type will become DR 10, but lets say you have DR 5/silver and DR 5/adamantine, then it becomes Damage Reduction 5/Silver AND adamantine.9. Does damage resistance stack case 1 (barbarian, dwarf defender, feats * all resistance same type X/- *)?

About the improved Critical feat, Keen and Weapon Master critical abilities....
Keen Weapons and the Weapon Master Critical Ability DO stack. Improved Critical Feat and Keen Weapon does not.
