How to get the exclusive content in your non-preorder game.

Post by Mr.Waesel »

As you may know, preordering the game gives your character acces to two new feats, "Merchant's Friend" and "Blessed of Waukeen". When chosen, they will allow your characters acces to new wares when shopping at certain merchants. Sorta like the bonus merchants in BG2.

Anyway, to add these feats to your character, make sure your PC is selected, open the console, and type:

Code: Select all

DebugMode 1
givefeat 1764
givefeat 1765
Simple as that! :)

And these feats in no way lower prices for your PC? Because "Merchant's Friend" does sound like it could. It's one thing to include missing features, another to find the game has suddenly become easier--and I don't want the second.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

No, I don't think they do. However, I've never bought anything in stores so I wouldn't exactly know. The bonus items these merchants offer are relatively cheap, though.

I think one of them reduces your prices by 10% actually.
"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"

Neverwinter Nights: Who/Where is the Merchant from merchant's friend?

The link above goes to a thread on the Bioware Forums that tells not only what they do, but Where to find them.

Find the Info in J.E. Sawyer's First Post (and since Sawyer's a DEV......)

Could be considered a spoiler, so read on only at your own discretion.
