To unlock the hologram on T3, I remember reading somewhere that you need 16 INT and quite a high skill in mechanical or security (can't remember which one). By the way, if I recall correctly, Bastilla's/Carth's hologram in T3 is for those who chose Revan as LS, is it? I was under the impression that if you chose Revan as DS, you'll have to go to a certain locked location in the Sith Academy ruins (Korriban) in order to get the hologram.

it has nothing to do with security, just repair, computer skill, Intelligence(like DesR85 said), and influence(to get t3 to let you upgrade him.) to unlock it I think you need at least 40 in each. well thats for me at least.

Yes, you only need the influence with T3 so he lets you do the repairs in the first place.

Well, you can use some cheats or a save game editor to tinker around with your computer or repair skills to get the Bastilla/Carth holo (PC version only). ;) That's if you don't really fancy replaying the game just to unlock it.

How low is your repair skill? If it's not too bad, you may be able to equip some items that boost repair, such as a Skills Package, or exchange utility belt etc. and talk to him again. This time your skill may be high enough for the repairs to work.

Your intelligence needs to be at least 16 to get the conversation option about repairing his behavior core. By the time I was done repairing him, my computer skill was 17 and my repair skill was at least 30, maybe a little more, and that's with items boosting it. To find the holo, you need to ask him how he got on the Ebon Hawk and follow it till you can work on his behavior core.

As I recall, you can always ask him something like, "How did you get here, T3?" and if your Intelligence is high enough, you can follow that conversation thread through to talking about his behavior core.
