Magnus possible bug?

When I tell Magnus to leave group/ wait for me, he does... But when i ask him to join again/stop waiting, he says, "No I know you have been off talking to the Shyulers!" And he wont join whatever i do or say.

I have killed the Shyulers, so how can i talk to them when they are dead? Might this be, because I talked my way out of being attacked by the 3 brothers, and THEN killed them? Please is there anything I can do to get Magnus back in the group?

Edit: AND make it so that he can wait and leave group and then rejoin without any problems?

The only way around that is to not have Magnus as your follower (at any time) before you talk to the Schuylers. Afterwards, you can tell him what you saw in the tombes and he'll say he doesn't think that those dwarves were his forefathers and he'll join your party (you can even take him downstairs at that point to kill the Schuylers if you hadn't done so before).
