It's term used to describe a group of cultures and heritage of people. Hard to explain, especially in english

No,just the groups that go under Finno-Ugric or just Ugric.

Like Germans and Englishmen(?) are of Germanic heritage,there are a lot of sub-groups and it gets very complicated.
