What is this?!?! never played a dwarf?!? the only thing I know is that the extra good saving throws makes a dwarf 10* better than a half orc IMHO

Spam much forgotten?

As for your beserker, dunno, never played one. As for the dwarf,
they get infravision, +2 Const, +2 Saves vs posion and saves vs Magic. They, quite frankly, ROCK. The saves make them really strong, even later on, if you add in equipment and their higher level, they can be unaffected by some nasty spells.

Halflings now, +2 vs death, thats handy.

hm looked at gamebanshee's site about races and it said it's +1 save vs magic and death per 3.5 con, that means if i got 19 con its +5 to saves hehe, thats very nice :)

What is the purpose of infravision? I don't recall ever being in a place where it ws too dark to see, but maybe I'm missing something.

Infarvision isnt used well in BG worlds because they assume you are carrying torches. In real DnD terms, having a party member able to see in pitch black is helpful.
In BG, it makes bad guys red....
