I am intruiged i will admit, the prospect of cookies is quite interesting, perhaps when i am next in TopMan i will move over to the TopShop part

Sadly, it's nothing as dirty as you obviously think...

Just a high-street clothes chain that for some inexplicable reason is split into two halves "TopMan" and "TopShop" as if noone will ever notice the connection...
