i hit him like a billion times and if you add all the hp taken off of him its probably like 10,000 the ***** wont die, is there something i gotta to do make the *** die help please!

You have to hit him pretty often and hard because of his fast regeneration (due to a certain ring

)
Make sure your weapons are +4 or better to hit.

dude im hitting him like crazy ive even tried to do that cheat that makes people lose infinite health and he wont die for the love of GOD!!!!!!!!!!!

Must be the famous bug where he doesnt get to speak, and therefore cannot die. This happens if all of your characters are under the influence of protection from undead.

When I soloed him, i was protected from undead, and i was able to kill him.

Well its a bug... it shouldnt happen every time. Or perhaps you used the protection scroll after he spoke?

Well, first of all, I doubt it's possible to hit him for 40 damage at all, considering I have the XP cap off and I was at an insane with an insane party and yet the highest I ever hit off him was 5 lol. Did you use the "Fake Talk" technique, I heard that makes it so he can't die. Also, this may not work, but you could try pickpocketing the Ring of Gaxx before he turns hostile. When I fought him I didn't notice him regenerating although he died pretty quickly./

Does he look like a lich?

MINOR SPOILER

Kangaxx transmutes after you first "kill" him and looks like a floating skull - becomes a Demi-lich. But he speaks right before the transition, so if you're doing something like fake talk to prevent him from speaking, he'll never change and never die.

From my experience, as previously stated, fake talk doesn't work. Ctrl-y also makes it so that he does not die. I've always used protection from magic scroll and a character with carsomyr or sword of flame (from druids).
