I was wondering what (if any) are the global variables that i can change so that i can start the game with the god powers that you get from the tear of bhall rewards, and if so can i put them on other characters.

Yes, you can give the bonus to other characters, and your character at the start of the game. However, the bonuses are not global variables, they are Affects that are added to the character. With the new version of Shadow Keeper (v2.1.4) almost all of the Affects have been identified and named correctly. So you can simply copy the Affect you want from a character that have already got them to any other character you want - note that you have to get them first, since Affects are not as easy to set as Globals.
