is monk's kama considered as a weapon of finess?
I did not find the feat "weapon finesse" for monk, when I tested a new monk .

Yes, you can benefit of weapon finesse while using a kama. But if I remember right, monks use kama at their unarmed attack bonus, and can use flurry of blows too.

So the answer is yes, both unarmed strike and kama count as light weapons and work with weapon finesse.Automatic when using any of the following weapons: (...), kama, (...), unarmed strike.

monk fist
Well. It seems that monk fist cannot be used in dual wield; pretty unusual. So do you think that with one fist, using strength or dexterity which is is better? Dex is convenient but does it even work with monk fist? Gamefaqs ' walkthrough on monk only talk about monk using strength for damage.
