A sorcerer has a 1-st level charm person spell but i cant figure how to use it in right way. After beeing charmed a monster stands still and I can't...

that's what makes charm rather useless. the only way to get rid of charmed creatures is to kill'em. u can't bring'em anywhere.

i agree that the pace of the combat is pretty slow, there shouldn't been an option for speeding enemy movement up.
