you dont need to give him that letter.
this letter is there to tell you of who this artifact belongs to in case you got to that place before you took the quest.
there are some NPC's that can tell you about that place.

BG 2 is much more interesting...
If ToEE would have a bigger story, more quests,more LEVEL UP's,better item description,more ARTIFACTS and simle items, no bugs...That would be one of the best games i played.
But it doesn't so that sucks.

When you reach level 10 in this game you can not level up any more....
To make a multi-class you'll have to split levels....5 to one class and 5 to second class...and that sucks.
