Ofc the real FIGHT probability would be much lower, with some extra parameters. And surely all NPCs of any value would not be involved. Only at night or something like this. Imagine you're walking in a dark passage and suddenly see 2 NPCs having a controversy, with a bloody end for one of them ...
You can write PR that claims your NPCs act in a "random fashion," but it's only pre-programmed randomness. ;)
Thats just hairsplitting. Ofc they have to be programmed, they're programs after all and not humans, but i think what others are saying is that these scripts can fight ...

Most of them arent available half of the game, and the one which does, is a +2 anti-undead weapon(daystar). The best longsword is therefore the Blade of Roses , which is a +3 weapon. Replaced in ToB by Angurvadal +5. Why? because if its the main tank, with high str, he probably uses blunt weps, or ...

To be honest i dont remember anymore, whether stats are rolled or points. So many D&D games which are quite similar, yet different. If points are rolled then its easier yes.

The highest i ever rolled on a fighter was 92, so i just use this number, instead of clicking an hour to try a new class ...

A Paladin can be immune to damage. If its that what you want.

But, i would install Baldurdash patch immediately, so its not working anymore :)

Bg1 + totsc, +1 all stats except +3 wis
Technically not a cheat. Also one can just as well distribute them to all ppl who were in BG1. How about giving Viconia! +3 WIS :)

the original stats must be rolled of course
Why is that. As long as one stays in a range of reasonable, that not a ...

These are different areas. If the lake is deep enough you, "descent" to the lower sea level, just like in a dungeon, or entering the Inn. Logically you cant see chests from another area(land). Thing Nr2 is that for some reason the game hides the minimap in small areas, like the Inn. Therefore you ...

If im not mistaken clerics in both Fargrove and Arindale also sell some low level runes. "Rune Strike" is good.

I have done the same table, in percentages. I used my own calculations, but comparing them both, they look same. I assume your numbers were from the game files, while I checked ingame.

Numbers are percentages(%) Higher % means attribute is more expensive to raise. Lower % means attribute is cheaper ...

Just yesterday killed one with celestial spells Ward of Fire(lvl4) and Divine Strike(lvl6). And a decent weapon ofc. In a game i just explored Skuldoon ( got a nice mace there. ). Plain default thing, no uber. (Actually i dont know, since i havent completed a game yet )

Ward of Fire made ...

Comparing Arcane and Celestial magic it appears for me that C. is vastly superior.

Arcane magic offers damage, damage and some more damage, and nothing more. Mostly fire and ice, with some stun effects sometimes. Which
a. can be resisted
b. nothing a sword cant do

Celestial magic offers a very ...

I have done same. However, im having second thoughts about its effectiveness now since these are absolute and relative values mixed up. It is cheap to increase attributes (any attributes) if they are low, regardless of game state. This "cheap" however is relative to the exp gained, and this depends ...

Yes most certainly. Corrupted data. Cleaning the disks, copying them all to the harddrive, then installing from there could also help surprisingly. Or try to read them on another CD drive, different drives have different success on recovering broken data.

Downloading should be hard, as it is ...

According to the AD&D BG2 rules no multiclassing class can put more than 2 stars in wep specialisation. Since you are multiclassed, you just cant spend so much time improving weapon skills.

You can however dual class. Nothing stops you from getting 5 stars in fighter class and then switch to wizard.

They are based on real-time time counters, so resting 3 times will not help, but a week away from home, while having BG2 running, will certainly help.

You are missing one obvious fact. Games are made to sell and get money. And a bugged game sells same. So in a sense you are correct. Once the game is out, its time for devs to move on. Which they do :) They _could_ pay a little more attention, if there would not be ppl who assume every ...
