I have recently started playing this game and have really enjoyed it. However I now find myself snagged by a possible bug.

This is the stage I am at. Completed the Rebel quest in V13, Completed Rad-scorps and saved the girl in Shady, Cleared V15 of everything I could, Killed all Raiders in the camp ...

From the one time I have tried this, make sure of the following:

You are on Level 2
It is during daylight hours
You have not already completed the Water Chip quest

If all the above is ok then she should be in the romm to the north of the elevator, 2nd room from the left.
