yes i have done that but SHE WAS DEAD so i couldnt complete misssion. doesnt matter i just skipped that quest

i have went so far in the game and accidently killed a character which i (think) shoudlnt have killed . its victor misks wife . she offered me to investigate her husbands death or watever and i killed her and did not complete the quest! i keep trying to ressurect her but she fights me. pleas HELP
