I made some changes in the .ini file (changed the read drive from my CD rom to the mounted drive)..

Well... I've had certain problems with my CD-rom, so I had to dump the images from the CD, then mount the image again. That way I would not have to encounter the "gah, my CD rom stopped working and I haven't saved in 30 minutes" thing.

It might have happened something when I dumped the image of CD ...

I deleted the "cache" and the "temp" folders, then tried again. This time it got to 50% on the loading bar

Windows XP.
I'll try reinstalling now..

I was cleaning in me room the other day and found Planescape - Torment gathering dust in a corner. I had not played it in years, so went to my computer and installed it. I downloaded the patch (took me hours to find it.. is planescape-torment.com down?) and ran the game. Everything worked ...
