where is the portal key, i can't find it, i feel dumb being stuck on this but i would like to continue the game

i have the frost and lightning ones, are there others i need to find because i've searched the entire board and can't find any and i can't go through the portal

i seem to be stuck on the opening level of the game, i've found two wand keys and i still can't walk through any of the portals, am i missing something if so can any one help?
