No, where to find them

Killing doesnot have any benifit he does not have those glasses. Can the glasses he is having will help.

I am playing the game for last 15 days, now I am stuck, each time i ask spec vendor for wheel clan specs, He asks for 1000 coins, after that my character says forget.

I am playing with dark elf, and is 100 % magical.

Please help
