Thanks for your reply. I'm not using any mods, actually, just the patch pack (I believe it's called 1.37 or something).

And my strength appears to not be going up at all - it's 18 70/100 before and after I talk to him. My modifiers don't change either. Sad

Has anyone heard of a bug that won't let you upgrade your strength through Vhailor? When I let him upgrade me, it says Strength +3, but then my strength on my character screen is unchanged. The really weird part is, then, when I level-up, my strength shows as 21 (upgraded), but it still is ...
