well ok i done beat the main quest at level.....7 but im always tryin to buy somethin like *example* i found a cool spell that lets me summon a frost atronach it was expensive but i could afford it then when i tried it out my level was too low which sucked cause if i sold it back i ...

Alright when i look up walkthroughs it says you must be level 20,30,etc.

ive been playin the game for almost 3 weeks and my highest level is 11 is it gonna take 4ever to get there HELP!
