I have tried different saves and nothing. But, yesterday I loaded a new patch and found a save that was saved before going to Haven's area and a miracle, I got through the Haven. I guess I panicked too early . Thanks for answers anyway.

Here is my problem: When I have beaten Jerro in his laboratory there comes a cutscene where all the demons and devils escape from their binding circles. After the pit fiend Jerro says 'Mephasm' and teleports to him. The problem is that after this the cutscene ends and i am trapped in the laboratory ...
