Two Weapon Fighting -- what am i missing?
I'm trying to take the two weapon fighting feat, which is suppose to only have a prerequisite dex of 13. Yet my fighter, who is just making it to 7th level, has not had the option of two weapon fighting from his bonus feats or his regular feats. It seems that whatever class I choose the feats aren't ...
