Thanks for all the suggestion's ...i have finally decided to go for a human sorcerer as it will give me the option's to do powerfull spells,summon creatures plus shapeshift at higher lvl..also as everyone can use bow my character would be using bow as his weapon..also i can live without armor..maybe ...

Xandar, Thank's for pointing out about the reality of 20+ lvl,as i have only the main neverwinter at the moment there is no reason to think about 20+..plus i checked the manual(original campaign) for lvl 9 spell's as u said and i found one
