Bug in Last trial of Elders?

I'm in the fire spout room having killed everything. EVERYTHING. Spirits, and the Elven wizard using my frikkin' bow (took longer than killing any other boss).
And now....nothing. Can't go out. Can't get up to the north. What's supposed to happen? Must I reboot a past save, for that would be tragedy ...
