hm.. i think there are a few builds what maybe can be good as the ternion, but more intresting for sure. ternion is the best because, it's a ranged attacker , not a spellcaster , and you don't need good stuff for it , only a staff with much attack speed.
But! if ya already got the best items for all ...

And if ya use tenrioner than the storm nimbus + passives are MAX on default!

Man don't be naive. +% elemental dmg is poor , +% intelligence items much better if ya enchant them with relics, i bet your dps don't reach 4k with this equipment , sory man but i won't agree in that , this is the best build.
