yes, I am an xbox 360 player, but I appreciate the help anyway. Does anyone else have any wisdom here? I would love to complete the thieve's guild, but I can't get this quest to start!!!

Help!! Possible Glitch on Ultimate Heist

I have finished the thieve's guild mission previous to the Ultimate Heist, and I have fenced more than triple the minimum required to activate the quest. I have spent about 100 hours waiting in each district of the imperial City and Amusei won't approach me. Has anyone else run into this problem ...
